Our steaks are aged in a state-of-the-art dry aging cabinet for 21 to 90 days, and even up to a full year. This slow, natural process transforms pre- mium beef into something extraordinary: deeper flavor, intense umami, and a tender, buttery texture that simply can’t be rushed.

Our Butter Aged Steak takes aging to the next level. Prime cuts are dry-aged, then encased in a thick coat of butter, creating a natural seal that enhances tenderness while infusing the beef with deep, luxurious flavor. The result?
